| Soccer is a very physical and
demanding game. Prior to and during each game you should
make sure that you are getting lots of water so as to not
dehydrate. Dehydration can cause cramping or other
injuries. |

NCYSA DATES AND DEADLINES 2008/2009
Note that from time to time meeting
dates/deadlines may be changed or added to accommodate the needs of
the Association. Included are deadlines/dates for District 1 & WYSA
that may be important for your teams playing in these leagues. WYSA
deadlines published in the Play On, state web site or the Coaches
Handbook may differ from the NCYSA deadlines.
CLUBS/TEAMS ARE REQUIRED TO GO BY THE NCYSA
DEADLINES!
During any vacation time for the
office manager our office may be opened with part-time staff.
Additional vacation days may occur not be listed in this calendar.
The office will close on all federal holidays.
