NCYSA Procedures & Rules of Competition for Recreational Play
All games and competitions under NCYSA shall be conducted subject to the "Laws of the Game" as published or authorized by IFAB and subject to the Rules of Competition of the WYS.
NOTE: NCYSA Playing Rules are intended to modify and supplement IFAB and WYS laws and rules and, shall supersede any rule in conflict.
